Credentialing

CPS, Inc. offers a full credentialing service that will accurately manage the completion, distribution and maintenance of your credentials and applications required by hospitals and insurance companies.

Our Independent Credentialing Specialist can provide you with the same service found in a large group practice without the added cost of a full time staff.

If you are new to the area, recent graduate or separating from a group we have the experience and knowledge to keep you organized, informed and prepared.

Insurance Contract Management

CPS, Inc. offers insurance contract management. We don’t believe in collecting what the insurance company thinks is correct, we verify it.

We take the extra step and review all your contracts to establish your exact fee schedule. If you do not have a copy of your contracts we will get them for you. Our Billing software, GE Centricity Practice Management has the ability to maintain fee schedules per provider which will allow us to determine actual payment, compared to what was expected from the insurance carrier. These useful reports can then be used in the evaluation of your contract performance, when renegotiating with managed care payers.

Fees

CPS, Inc. performs medical billing services based on a percentage of revenue collected. This percentage will vary depending on the size and specialty of the practice. Percentage can range from 5%-10% of accounts receivable.

Credentialing and Contract Management fees will vary by specialty and group size.

CPS, Inc. provides the highest levels of technology paired with the highest level of customer service to provide you with the results you deserve.

CPS, Inc. services allow remote access to our integrated practice management software, GE Centricity Practice Management, via a Virtually Protected Network (VPN).

We partner with Sigma Solutions, Inc. to maintain servers and network. CPS, Inc. is 100% HIPAA compliant. Data is backed up daily and stored in a secure location for your protection. Our practice management system is user and password protected per database.

We realize that every practice is not the same. That is why we offer several solutions that will suit your individual practice. Evaluation of your practice is needed to precisely meet your needs.
